I have lived here for 10yrs. Its for the most part been a good positive experience. I love a place that I can call home and this place has been just that. Also the Deer Park apartments are very spacious and comfortable - its a great place 2 live.

Deer Park is clean and the grass always looks good. The office staff and Property Manager are awesome with customer service and knowledge. Maintenance have great customer service, prompt and follow up to make sure any issues are resolved timely.

I love the area of the the apartment complex. The staff is very helpful and professional. The 3 major things I was looking for in apartment were: Security, Space/Storage, and Washer/Dryer. Deer Park gives me those major things plus more amenities. I very happy that I chose Deer Park as my new home.
